Please plan for a 15-minutes wait time at the Honolulu Airport and a half an hour window for your pick up when departing from your hotel. However 95% of the time our chauffeurs are there before you land and you do not need to wait even one minute.

When we are short, we are using our affiliate drivers.  Our affiliate drivers are following our standard and they are carrying full insurance and second insurance coverage which is their own or provided by us.  Most of our affiliate drivers are professional drivers who are driving taxi or limousine for many years with clean traffic and criminal background.

If you need an expense receipt please ask our driver/affiliate driver.  They are able to provide it to you.  Your driver will be providing a STANDARD YELLOW COLOR TRANSPORTATION RECEIPT which is authorized by city and county of Honolulu. If you leave the Island we are not able to E-mail, Fax  or mail you any kind of receipt to you.

For those clients who are booking us for their departure or arrival  to/from Honolulu and they set up an appointment, please be ready for your pick up on time.  Driver has appointment after appointment and if you keep him waiting there you will be charge for the waiting time hourly.  Charges are different, depending on what kind of vehicle and length of waiting. To find out more please call our office.  All discounted packages are based on pick up or drop off at/from one location only.  If you need pick up from 2 or more locations or drop off at more than one location please inform us during your reservation. There will be a charge for that and you should receive a confirmation for that as part of your confirmation letter by E-mail which clearly shows that you paid an extra charge to drop off or pick up in multiple places also shows that you requested waiting.  If some surprise comes up during the service time, extra charges apply.
